Unimobile through its platform, Paisawaala acts as a facilitator by generating leads and enabling users to apply for financial Products directly with various financial institutions, banks, and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) (hereinafter referred as "Lenders") We do not originate, underwrite, or disburse any financial products. All decisions, terms, and conditions are determined solely by the respective Lenders.

In addition, the Company may offer access to ancillary services provided by third parties, including but not limited to credit checks or data retrieval from third-party sites (e.g., bank websites), as part of enabling or enhancing your experience while choosing and availing these Services.

You acknowledge and agree that Company owns all legal rights, title and interest in and to the Services, including any intellectual property rights which subsist in the Services (whether those rights are registered or not). You further acknowledge that the Services may contain information which is designated confidential by Company and that you shall not disclose such information without Company's prior written consent. The contents of the Website, including its "look and feel" (e.g., text, graphics, images, logos and button icons), photographs, editorial content, notices, software and other material are owned/licensed by/to Company and/or its third-party service providers/their licensors and are duly protected by them under applicable copyright, trademark and other laws.

Company grants you a limited license to access and make use of the Website, the Services and ancillary services. Users agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• Use the Platform solely for lawful purposes related to financial product comparison and application.
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and account information.
• Refrain from engaging in prohibited, fraudulent, illegal, or disruptive conduct.
• Not reproduce, distribute, or exploit Platform content in any form whatsoever.

Paisawaala facilitates access to financial products including but not limited to personal loans, home loans, auto loans, business loans, credit cards and related facilities, investment products such as mutual funds, fixed deposits, and savings accounts, and ancillary services such as credit score checks, advisory tools, and calculators, while acting solely as an intermediary and not itself providing banking or lending services.

By using the Platform, you consent to Paisawaala collecting, storing, and processing your personal and financial data, which may be shared with third-party partners for the purpose of providing Services subject to applicable laws, and while Paisawaala shall implement reasonable security practices, We do not take any responsibility for any breaches resulting from third-party actions or omissions beyond our control.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are the exclusive property of Paisawaala or its licensors, and you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform for personal use. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The Platform may contain links to third party websites, applications, or services, which are provided solely for convenience and do not imply endorsement or responsibility by Paisawaala, and Paisawaala does not control, monitor, or guarantee the content, accuracy, or reliability of such third party websites, with any transactions, communications, or dealings with third parties being solely between you and such parties, and you may also be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by third parties when you access their services through the Platform, for which Paisawaala disclaims responsibility.

Paisawaala.com does not levy any fees on Users for services or submitting any applications. However, Lenders may impose processing fees, administrative charges, or other costs, which shall be disclosed during the application process. The Company bears no responsibility for such charges.

The Platform and all services, content, tools, and features provided therein are made available strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, and Paisawaala does not warrant that the information provided on the Platform is complete, accurate, or reliable, nor does it guarantee that the financial products displayed will meet your expectations or requirements, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Paisawaala disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, with you acknowledging that reliance on any information, product, or service obtained through the Platform is solely at your own risk.

Paisawaala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, and in no event shall Paisawaala's aggregate liability to you, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, exceed the amount of fees, if any, paid by you to Paisawaala for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, with Paisawaala not being responsible for any acts, omissions, or failures of third-party service providers including banks, NBFCs, payment gateways, or advertisers, and not being liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, internet outages, or regulatory actions.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Paisawaala, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use, your violation of applicable laws or regulations, your misuse of the Platform or services, or any content or information submitted by you that infringes third-party rights, and this indemnity obligation shall survive termination of your use of the Platform and shall extend to claims brought by third parties.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the Platform following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically, as the Company assumes no responsibility for notifying users of any changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
