Unimobile through its platform, Paisawaala acts as a facilitator by generating leads and enabling users to apply for financial Products directly with various financial institutions, banks, and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) ( hereinafter referred as “Lenders”) We do not originate, underwrite, or disburse any financial products . All decisions, terms, and conditions are determined solely by the respective Lenders.
In addition, the Company may offer access to ancillary services provided by third parties, including but not limited to credit checks or data retrieval from third-party sites (e.g., bank websites), as part of enabling or enhancing your experience while choosing and availing these Services.
You acknowledge and agree that Company owns all legal rights, title and interest in and to the Services, including any intellectual property rights which subsist in the Services (whether those rights are registered or not). You further acknowledge that the Services may contain information which is designated confidential by Company and that you shall not disclose such information without Company’s prior written consent. The contents of the Website, including its "look and feel" (e.g., text, graphics, images, logos and button icons), photographs, editorial content, notices, software and other material are owned/licensed by/to Company and/or its third-party service providers/their licensors and are duly protected by them under applicable copyright, trademark and other laws.

By using the Platform, you consent to Paisawaala collecting, storing, and processing your personal and financial data, which may be shared with third-party partners for the purpose of providing Services subject to applicable laws, and while Paisawaala shall implement reasonable security practices, We do not take any responsibility for any breaches resulting from third-party actions or omissions beyond our control.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Paisawaala, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use, your violation of applicable laws or regulations, your misuse of the Platform or services, or any content or information submitted by you that infringes third-party rights, and this indemnity obligation shall survive termination of your use of the Platform and shall extend to claims brought by third parties.
