We operate as a digital intermediary. We assist users in discovering and applying for financial products such as loans, credit cards, savings accounts, and insurance policies offered by third-party financial institutions. We do not underwrite or issue financial products directly.

We collect and process the following categories of personal data for providing services:

3.1 Identity Information: Full name, date of birth, gender, PAN, Aadhaar

3.2 Contact Information: Email address, mobile number, residential address

3.3 Financial Information: Income details, employment status and details, credit score, loan requirements

3.4 Device and Network Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, location data

3.5 Behavioural Data: Clickstream data, preferences, usage patterns

Personal data is processed for the following lawful purposes as per the consent of the User for below mentioned purposes:

4.3 To procure CIBIL score and conduct identity verification

4.4 To personalize product recommendations and improve user experience

By registering, you authorize us (including our partners and affiliates) to send you SMS, emails, and notifications, even if you are registered under DND/DNC/NCPR.

6.2 Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time through:

Upon withdrawal, we shall cease processing the relevant personal data and delete or anonymize it, unless retention is required by law or for contractual obligations. Withdrawal shall be acknowledged within 7 working days.

All third parties are contractually bound to maintain the same level of confidentiality and data protection as we do. These third parties are required to handle your information using the same level of care and confidentiality as is followed by us. Any accessing or processing of your information by these third parties is subject to and in accordance with contractual terms, applicable laws, our instructions and your consent.

We may also share, and/or transfer your personally identifiable information to any successor-in-interest as a result of a sale of any part of our business or upon the merger, reorganization, or consolidation of it with another entity on the basis that it is not the surviving entity.

We limit the collection and use of your personal information. We may make anonymous or aggregate personal information and disclose such data only in a non-personally identifiable manner. Such information does not identify you individually.

We may also share your information, without obtaining your prior written consent, with government agencies mandated under the law to obtain information for the purpose of verification of identity, or for prevention, detection, investigation including cyber incidents, prosecution, and punishment of offences, or where disclosure is necessary for compliance of a legal obligation.

Under the DPDP Act, you have the rights to Access, Correct, Erasure and Lodge complaints with the Data Protection Officer.

You also can choose what personal information, including sensitive personal information (i.e. your financial information) you provide to us, restrict disclosure of your information to third parties, however, please note that this may affect your seamless access to such product/service as opted by you. However, if you choose not to provide all the mandatory information and data that is requested of you, we may not be able to provide you with the Services that you have subscribed to.

We believe you should be able to choose what kinds of information you receive via email/SMS. Where Unimobile processes sensitive personal data (e.g., financial information), additional safeguards shall be applied, including enhanced notice, separate consent, encryption, and restricted access controls.

Unimobile does not knowingly collect personal data from children below the age of 18. Where services are offered to minors, consent shall be obtained from the parent or lawful guardian in accordance with Section 9 of the DPDP Act.

Unimobile reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes shall be notified via email or prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of our services after such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised policy.
