Paisawaala Cashback Offer – Terms & Conditions
1. What is the Offer?
As part of this offer, customers (“You” or “Customer”) can apply for an eligible unsecured loan through Paisawaala website, app, or other Paisawaala-owned channels where the offer is mentioned. Once your loan is approved and disbursed, you will be eligible to receive a gift card/voucher (“Gift Card”) as specified in the communication.
Voucher value based on loan amount:
- Loan of ₹5,00,000 or more → Voucher worth ₹1,500
2. How to Get Your Amazon Gift Card
- Gift Cards are given only after the successful disbursal of the loan through Paisawaala channels using the offer link.
- The voucher will be sent to the mobile number used during your application.
- Gift Cards will be issued within 45 working days of loan confirmation.
3. Offer Period
- Offer is valid from 20-12-2025 00:00:00 to 31-01-2026 23:59:59.
- Only loans applied and disbursed within this period through the specified entry points are eligible.
4. Eligibility
To participate in this offer, you must:
- Be 18 years or older with a valid PAN
- Apply for an eligible loan via Paisawaala during the offer period.
5. Important Notes
- This offer is run exclusively by Paisawaala. It is not sponsored by Amazon or the lending partners.
- Amazon Gift Cards can only be used on Amazon.in or its partner platforms.
- Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and valid for 1 year.
- Paisawaala or lenders are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused Gift Cards.
- All terms of the individual lending institutions also apply.
- By participating, you consent to be contacted by Paisawaala or its partners for offer-related communication.
6. General Terms
- Offer applies only to individual customers and not for commercial entities.
- Loans must be successfully disbursed to be eligible.
- Offer is valid only through the specified entry points.
- Paisawaala employees or group company employees are not eligible.
- Paisawaala reserves the right to determine eligibility and make final decisions.
- Offer and Gift Cards are subject to availability.
- Loan approval is at the sole discretion of the lender.
- Any tax liability arising from the offer is the responsibility of the customer.
- Paisawaala may modify, cancel, or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
- Participation is voluntary, and fraudulent activity may lead to disqualification.
- Offer is governed by Indian law. Any disputes fall under the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
- The voucher will be sent to your registered email ID and mobile number, and will remain valid only for the offer period.
